Aegean” or the “21st Century’s Saint-Tropez”, but this breathtaking
setting has an aesthetic all of its own. It’s little wonder Mr. Vedat Aşci,
Chairman of the Board of Directors for Astaş Holding, wanted to
establish the luxury hotel and residence project here.
Located on a 60-hectare waterfront site, the development features a
two-kilometre stretch of shoreline with three private bays. When
complete, the Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum hotel will offer 82 exclusive
guestrooms and 20 suites with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum will include a limited
offer of 98 villas and 116 residences. With its legendary award-
winning service, Mandarin Oriental will attend the luxury
Mediterranean lifestyle year round. Offering the finest dining
experiences in the region, the development will feature a selection of
six restaurants and bars including al fresco waterside dining, a stylish
lobby lounge, poolside bar and a signature Mandarin Oriental Cake
Shop. An all-encompassing Spa at Mandarin Oriental will provide the
most comprehensive range of wellness, beauty and massage treatments
available in the region and will be inspired by local customs and
traditions. All the villas and residences are built on a series of levels
nestled in the development’s landscaped hillside, surrounded by forest
and with guaranteed sea views. Designed by some of the world’s
leading architects, the villas feature infinity edged pools and incredibly
well executed interior designs.
Before we actually meet Mr. Aşci, Sedef informs us that we are invited

resort. With Simply Abu Dhabi Co-Founder Jordana Lynch and a
