Settle in and relax to soulful lounge and deep house sounds and enjoy dynamic views over Dubai’s skyline whilst the dedicated kitchen prepares food that draws on Moorish traditions and influences found within the Mediterranean. Olives, clean meats and fish prepared from the raw bar or over the charcoal grill are combined with seasonal herbs and dips to be enjoyed sharing-style. Highlights from the menu include cured salmon with pickled cucumber salad, skewers of quail, Moorish spices, and radish salad, and selection of aubergine, roasted chickpeas, manchego cheese, pomegranate and crisp bread.
