Moschino has continued in its cartoon-toy fashion takeover with a new nu- rave collection that’s as much a mash-up of popular culture as it is a homage to the archives of the house. Scott features his best-loved Looney Tunes characters on bright sweater dresses. Sports inspired crop tops and jersey dresses in navy and white are styled from baseball, basketball and hockey uniforms with Warner Bros' Bugs Bunny, Tweetie Pie and crew emblazoned on the front – just so everyone knows that the wearer is on Moschino’s team. From quilted puffer jackets in punchy Lego-bright colours of green, orange, yellow and blue complete to bling, bumbags (worn over the shoulder) and mad-for-it sun hats, Scott’s street-inspired collection is colourful, laden with attitude and altogether irrepressible.
