Marco Pierre White Steakhouse &
Grill - The Fairmont Bab Al Bahr
Michelin star celebrity chef, Marco Pierre
White, brings his first steakhouse to the
region with the Marco Pierre White
Steakhouse & Grill at The Fairmount Bab Al
Bahr. A restaurant that certainly rivals that
of Gordon Ramsay’s Verre over in Dubai and
really puts Abu Dhabi on the fine food map.
With its dramatic ’flame-lit’ interior and
innovative grill cuisine, it’s a haven for
red-blooded foodies who love to get their
teeth into a real meat feast. Marco’s cleverly
constructed menu means you really should
make the most of it and go for the full four
course sitting. So, make sure you’ve worked
up an appetite beforehand and dine like it’s
your last supper!

Nautilus - Yas Hotel
This Yas Hotel is one of the newest kids on
the block after swinging open its grand doors
at the end of 2009. The complex is situated
off mainland Au Dhabi on Yas Island but fear
not, with its own world-class marina boasting
a 143 berth mega-yacht capacity, diners can
still arrive for supper in style. Much classier
than a white Mercedes, we say!
Of the hotel’s 12 breathtaking restaurants
and bars, our pick is Nautilus. With ample
choice of top class seafood and a breathtaking
view of the hotel’s famous Formula 1
racetrack and yachts, Nautilus is simply
an absolute must. The restaurant’s casual
elegance and mouth-watering array of locally
sourced seafood delicacies, make it one of the
city’s most alluring dining destinations. It’s
freshly shucked oysters and Omani lobster
come highly recommended. Plus, if you’re
looking for an early evening snack, Nautilus’
oyster and vodka bar makes the perfect wind
down after a heavy day of shopping.
