Nestled in the heart of London, The Arts Club offers its members an exclusive haven on Mayfair’s opulent Dover Street. Gary Landesberg the Restaurateurs Arjun and Jai Waney fellow Sindhis, the masterminds behind this reinvented retreat, have sought to retain the heritage and charm of this authentic landmark whilst introducing the club as the hub of contemporary cultural life in London. Designed by David D’Almada of Sagrada, the space consists of a series of individually furnished rooms, including a sophisticatedMembers Library accented in warm bronzes and rosewood, the Brasserie and Oyster Bar, finished in rich shades of blue with Deco-inspired shagreen tiles and a dramatic black, white and grey Italianmarble floor in geometric design. At the heart of the space is the Grand Staircase, pulling together the past and present of the Club, made of solid creamy-white marble with a bronzed balustrade. The state of the art kitchens are under the stewardship of Chef Director Raphael Duntoye of La PetiteMaison. The extensivemenu, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner will be filledwith sumptuous light and simple dishes that pay homage to the very best seasonal and fresh produce. An in-house bakery fronted by Executive Pastry Chef Claude La Marche, formerly of The Dorchester, will boast an exciting selection of pastries and cakes, including the renowned Kugelhopf!
