1 6 2 S I M P LY A B U DH A B I The inspiration for its Ballet Precieux High Jewellery collection lies in the collaboration between Claude Arpels and the renowned choreographer George Balanchine, which gave rise to the ballet ‘Jewels’ in 1967. An ode to femininity, the ballet is dedicated to three exceptional gemstones and three different styles of ballet: emeralds with Fauré, rubies with Stravinsky, and diamonds with Tchaikovsky. The delicate and sinewy form of a ballet dancer is evoked in necklaces that sit with refined elegance, wrought in emeralds, diamonds and white gold. The bold and spirited Jazz Era is depicted in fanned earrings that spray diamonds away from a central point of shameless and vibrant ruby. The look is enhanced with a collier necklace that mimics the shape of the earring and repeats the spray formation of precious gems to spectacular effect. In its Les Jardins collections, the Maison draws inspiration from the art of ornamental gardening and the natural world. Sprays of gemstones created as floral motifs hang with rich abundance from necklaces and earrings. Collier Jazz - Ballet Pre ́ cieux Jazz earrings - Ballet Pre ́ cieux
