Both the SpidoSpeed Rosegold Black and SpidoSpeed Green continue the themes from the previous SpidoLite Tech, which was skeletonised throughout its outercase, but retained a gravitas and a poise. These meticulous new timepieces represent a clear evolution for Linde Werdelin, showcasing skeletonisation not only throughout the outer case but also into the dial and movement, with stunning and captivating results. This year’s central theme manifests a deep attention to detail and materials. These are made extremely evident upon close inspection, where, for example, the rotor has been stylised by removing some of its bridges to form an LW shape. Linde Werdelin’s hallmark is also present elsewhere with the introduction of a signature LW pattern, visible on the movement plate and set to reoccur in future designs for years to come.
