The famous Versace ‘Medusa’ icon is integrated throughout the line, but in subtle ways: sometimes as a solid clasp, sometimes as a mischievous charm. The drop earrings in the new line, also rendered in precious gems, are the perfect accompaniment to the necklaces; or, worn alone, they are simple but dramatic statements of colour and drama. Set on a pavé base, and encased in delicate yellow gold, the teardrop-shaped gemstones are shown to full effect as they dangle from the ear, each facet catching and reflecting the light brilliantly.
