Good Spirits Design by Maxim Velčovský Author’s piece deals with the topic of the spirit of the city, for which he created a glass statue for the hall of Quadrio reminiscent of the buildings that once stood in this place: the Black Horse, the White Lion and the White Shoe. For the black horse, which is more than three meters long, more than 6 000 black balls made of hand-blown glass were used in six di erent sizes on wire construction.
