With this collection, Versace Home takes legendary glamour and luxury into everyday living. The rich new Via Gesù range, with pieces for salon, dining room and bedroom, takes inspiration from the Palazzo bag, the supple new It-Bag of the Maison. At the heart of the range is the Via Gesu sofa, completely defined by the V of Versace, from the sloping angle of its arms to the quilting of its back in velvet- like Nubuck leather. The arms, which both contain secret drawers, are each highlighted by the Medusa head at the base. An exclusive Atelier edition of the Via Gesù sofa is upholstered in luxurious black and white leather, with gold metal finishes. At the heart of the sofa is the V of Versace, from the V stitching at the back, to the sloping angle of the arms. The arms, trimmed in gold metal, are each highlighted by a gold metal Medusa head, whilst the base of the sofa is also in gold metal. This special edition of the Via Gesù sofa is exclusively available in the Versace Home Boutique on Via Borgospesso, Milan. The splendour of Versace’s Italian heritage is inherent in this collection. The dining table has hand-carved wooden legs which are reminiscent of the architecture of Via Gesù Palace, and the new print in the textile collection features neoclassical images alongside a view of the Palazzo Versace courtyard.
