4 2 S I M P LY A B U DH A B I Leaving the magnificent superstructure with all its marvellous attractions behind us, we felt that there was still more that we would enjoy – not least of which was the excellent hospitality and service that accompanies the experience at Ferrari World. The atmosphere, adventure and variety of activities to find and explore across the entire sprawling location are second-to-none. Ferrari World is vibrant, alive with spirit and verve, bursting with Italian charm. But don’t imagine that a venue such as this might be only for fans of Ferrari, or Formula One, or simply angled towards children as the target audience because of the rides. True, somehow it is all of the above, but it’s also much, much more – we found it to have a genuine appeal across a very wide demographic that few theme parks achieve. Ferrari has been a distinctive, iconic brand for decades; Ferrari World embodies the ideals and iconography of this globally renowned brand by mixing the traditional homeland appeal of Italy with the high-octane glamour and excitement of Ferrari’s Formula One image. The result is a staggering experience on a monumental scale. We found ourselves enthralled and invigorated, whilst also being educated and inspired. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we can not recommend highly enough. We’re very grateful to the wonderful and accommodating crew at Ferrari World for a top day out – we are already planning our next visit.
