T he King of American sportswear, Michael Kors, presents a trio of themes for the spring/summer 2015 MICHAEL collection, all designed to give his customer a range of easy, stylish options for the season. In the first, entitled Safari Chic, tribal pattern, batik motifs, and modern animal prints call to mind a chic African safari, all ready for an adventurous getaway. The untamed nature of the patterns and prints is tempered with a polished palette of khaki and olive, with warm pops of red and yellow. Jumpsuits, trousers, and off-the- shoulder dresses are cut in luxe, lightweight silhouettes. Fringed and frayed edges instil the garments with a natural feel, while antique brass and gilded accents provide a glamorous finish.
