Cipriani Yas Island is in a strikingly beautiful building that oversees the vibrant Yas Marina and the Formula 1 racetrack. The opportunity to enjoy a social or business dinner with such a wonderful view is quite special. While we import some Italian ingredients, we always incorporate some local fresh produce and try to give an elegant but relaxed feel that our clientele, both local and international, would appreciate. What dishes would you recommend a first-time visitor try? How do they sum up the Cipriani experience? I would definitely suggest some of our classic dishes like the Baked tagliolini, our Risotti, our signature beef Carpaccio that was invented by my grandfather in Venice in 1950 and – of course – a slice of VanillaMeringue cake. However, you would definitely have to return, because there are plenty more Venetian specialties that I would like for you to try.
