And on the topic of accessories, Louis Vuitton for spring/summer also stands out, unsurprisingly, with treasures from the elegant square totes in embossed or striped leather, to the colourful and ladylike Art Deco printed bags and scarves, to the fabulous clutches that resemble the legendary LV travel trunks all destined to be must-have items. Top it all off with chunky gold bracelets and funky gold sunglasses, and you’re ready for summer. With this collection, Ghesquière proves he understands exactly howwe dress now – he’s just elaborated, extended, and refined it to new heights.
