When Jordana, baby Harvey and I visited this sumptuous heaven amongst the dunes, we embarked on an experience like no other – an adventure into the fabled desert from the Mirage Palace. It’s just a 90-minute picturesque drive fromAbu Dhabi, and the journey through the wild desert awoke the wanderlust in me. When we reached our destination, we were delighted to find ourselves on a crescent-shaped dune, facing west – and as we happened to arrive in the early evening, we were greeted by a truly dazzling sunset. It was a perfect start to a perfect stay.
