The left-hand hammer strikes the low-pitched gong once every full hour. The hammer on the right sounds a higher-pitched tone every ten minutes. Powered by a manually wound Lange manufacture calibre L043.7 crafted to Lange quality standards, this is a striking watch in every sense. As expected, the finishing is of the highest order and when completed, decorated and assembled by hand, the calibre is precision- adjusted in five positions. The three-quarter plate made of untreated German silver and the balance cock are engraved by hand. And of course there are jumping minutes and a constant-force escapement.
