The project owner Saad Audeh is a big fan of polo and horseback riding, and horses are seen to be a very good omen in the Middle East in general. Housing a unique mix of exciting boutiques, cafes and restaurants, Campbell Gray Living has over 4,200 sq.m. of premium retail space. The development surrounding the residences and offices (which are within a five-minute walk from Shmeisani, Jordan’s financial district) is in close proximity to the five-star hotel, Campbell Gray Amman, which is a new addition to the Campbell Gray Hotels portfolio. Once completed, the hotel will have 180 guest rooms and suites, as well as an extensive array of amenities and facilities. These include a rooftop pool, signature gourmet restaurants, bar and terrace, a spa with an indoor swimming pool, a ballroom, private cigar lounge and various meeting rooms. In September, the entire development won a five-star award within the Mixed-Use Development – Jordan category at the Africa & Arabia Property Awards 2017-2018. One of the most prestigious industry events in the region, the project also received awards for Interior Design Apartment – Jordan and Residential High-rise Architecture – Jordan, and it was selected from over 200 entries spread across the Africa and Arabia region. “The USP for any Campbell Gray project is always to be the very best and created to the highest possible standards,” comments Gordon Campbell Gray, founder and chairman of Campbell Gray Hotels. “In the case of Campbell Gray Living in Amman, we have created a very special project which, when completed, will consist of the two award-winning iconic towers housing apartments, offices, retail and our five-star hotel, the Campbell Gray Amman.”
