Do you have a large team/support network? Our team consists of three to four people in the kitchen, depending on the number of orders. On the operations, sales and marketing side we are three people. What makes me proud is that we have long-standing employees with us, who have detailed knowledge about our product range and broad experience in their specific fields. Our employees are true believers in our products. We function incredibly well as a team and everyone works with great passion and a high sense for customer care to produce only excellent, above benchmark quality products for our esteemed clientele. How do you start your day? In general I try to wake up early so I don’t have to rush for my first meeting. Over many years I developed a habit of drinking a big glass of warm water with a splash of lemon and a pinch of cayenne pepper first thing in the morning. This stimulates detoxification, hydrates the body instantly and benefits the digestive system. Then I do some simple stretches for five to ten minutes and get ready in the bathroom while doing an affirmation for the day. Before I leave the house, I pick my breakfast – a green or protein juice which I drink throughout the morning hours.
