White Chalcedony: Pure and Luminous Renowned for its long expertise in hard stones, Piaget is thrilled to add – exclusively for this year – white chalcedony to the Possession collection. Associated with new beginnings, light and brilliance, white is an inherently positive colour, as an irresistible invitation to live on the sunny side of life. Only the purest, whitest stone has been selected by the Maison in a trio of pieces that showcases chalcedony of the highest quality. Natural and untreated, and therefore extremely rare, its luminosity, femininity and timelessness are perfectly demonstrated in three pieces that once again highlight Piaget’s exemplary knowhow in the carving and setting of ornamental stones. The new 18ct rose gold bangle is adorned at each end with perfect cabochons of white chalcedony and rotating bands of 30 diamonds. Created in the inviting hues of rose gold, the white chalcedony is a delightful, contemporary contrast. The pendant is a shiny sphere that sees a double cabochon of over 15 carats of purest white chalcedony set encircled by a band of 28 rotating brilliant-cut diamonds. Eminently adaptable, this playful talisman can be worn long – up to 85cm – or shorter when the chain is doubled.
