Dedicated staff provide exemplary estate, villa management and hospitality services, and the estate is also controlled by gated access, 24-hour uniformed security and fully supported by automated back-up generators. All villa owners become shareholders of the holding company which has appointed Samujana Co Ltd as the estate manager. Samujana Co Ltd manages the rental of villas, the management of the estate and all aspects of marketing and promotion. It is overseen by an annually elected Villa Owners Committee (VOC), that represents all villa owners. Award-winning design by Gary Fell of GFAB Architects has resulted in a stunning, contemporary vision, with villas sympathetically terraced to reflect the natural topography and elevation. Mature tropical trees and rock formations have been incorporated into the living areas, gardens and pools, while ample-sized sun decks provide privacy within each villa as well as enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding habitat. Natural elements have been used in harmony with sustainable energy efficiency initiatives, such as ‘green roofs’ featuring planters, reflective pools and local stone. Excavated stone from the site has also been used for feature wall cladding, which in turn helps to keep villas cool, and courtyards and water features throughout allow for refreshing cross-breezes to blow through heart of the development.
