An outpost within Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, the high-end steakhouse is Puck’s first Manhattan restaurant with views overlooking the bustling streets below. In the years since 9/11 Downtown Manhattan has seen a significant change in the industries that call Downtown Manhattan ‘home’. Most notably, a number of major financial institutions have relocated uptown and the area has seen a three-fold increase in the residential population. Added to which, in the last decade $30+ billion has been invested into downtown real estate and infrastructure further assisting in rejuvenating the downtown real estate market and helping to attract creative industries and start-ups, such as Condé Nast, Time Inc., Harper Collins and Spotify. $6.4 billion of this sum was spent on expanding the area’s transit infrastructure, which now includes 12 subway lines, 30 bus routes, 20 ferry routes and 28 Bikeshare stations.
