In more recent years, Gulfstream has continued to raise the bar for the industry as a whole with its new aircraft offerings. When the Gulfstream G650TM was introduced, an entire new class of ultralong-range, large-cabin business aircraft was created, and its sister ship, the Gulfstream G650ERTM, reigns today as the fastest, farthest-flying business jet in the skies. The company’s latest aircraft, the Gulfstream G500TM and Gulfstream G600TM, have ushered a new level of safety to the skies with the Symmetry Flight DeckTM featuring the first electronically-linked active control sidesticks (ACS) in civil aviation and the most extensive use of touchscreen technology in the industry. Those Gulfstream innovations add a new standard of safety to the industry through reduced pilot workload and enhanced communication. In the cabin, Gulfstream has also continued to raise its own standards for the utmost in comfort, including 100 percent fresh air, the lowest cabin altitudes, an extremely quiet cabin and greater width to those iconic windows.
