Dining & Culinary Guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to dining at La Sultana. There are three restaurant options. Le Table du Souk sits atop the sprawling rooftop, serving lunch from 12:30-4pm. After this, the rooftop transforms into Odette, a bar and restaurant serving up mezze small plates as the sun sets. Then there is Le Table de La Sultana from 7:30pm, taking over the pool area with romantic candlelit dining. Both famously popular restaurants present a blend of French and Moroccan cuisine. The menus showcase the finest local ingredients, from the house-made duck foie gras to the delicate Moroccan bastilla. There are also two acclaimed tasting menus, one Moroccan and the other classic French, as well as an à la carte choice of local and international dishes. Breakfast is a an indulgent way to begin the day, with a buffet of fruit, pastries, breads, and charcuterie, complemented by à la carte options. The traditional Berber dishes were my favourite, and the Berber omelette served on blue and white china was exceptional. Also wonderful were the polenta bread and local pancakes with rich Atlas honey. There is also a cooking school on the terrace, with high end, fully equipped stations for guests that want to enjoy the programme of cooking activities. Simply Abu Dhabi | 207
