T he Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel, a renowned luxury destination by Société des Bains de Mer, has enhanced the guest experience - all while preserving its iconic charm. Under the leadership of General Manager René Blino, the initial phase of reinvention includes a refreshed décor around the Olympic-sized swimming pool and the Le Deck restaurant, where Chef Pascal Garrigues presents his Mediterranean menu in a refreshed setting. The re-imaginings are designed by interior designer Dorothée Delaye. Drawing on the history of Monte-Carlo Beach, she introduces enveloping lines, solid wood structures, cozy comfort, and authentic colours, creating spaces perfect for convivial gatherings and serene relaxation. Her work captures the essence of the Riviera’s seaside club spirit, which has made Monte-Carlo Beach a beloved destination for nearly a century. These updates aim to blend timeless elegance with modern comfort, enhancing the luxurious ambiance. The efforts are redefining the iconic “Beach” as a timelessly chic and glamorous seaside destination, blending contemporary tastes with its century-old Riviera charm. Beyond the physical environs, this Spring the Maona Monte-Carlo restaurant will introduce ‘Sea Satin at Maona Monte-Carlo,’ offering lunch and dancing experiences reminiscent of Mykonos. This festive restaurant offers Greek and Mediterranean flavours with live music and sun-soaked celebrations. Two services are available daily at 1pm and 3pm, followed by DJ sets that transform the space into a dance floor. Monte-Carlo Beach Monaco The renaissance of an icon Simply Abu Dhabi | 107
