Modern amenities such as coffee machines, flat-screen TVs, and ample charging points cater to the needs of contemporary travellers. Bathrooms are appointed as wet rooms, with rainfall showers and premium Ortigia bath products. My rooms features a balcony overlooking the hotel’s courtyard, offering a private slice of Barcelona’s outdoor lifestyle. The Cotton rooms, in particular, are bright and quiet, with a colonial air that adds to their charm. Housekeeping is attentive, providing more complimentary water and Sri Lankan tea bags swiftly on request. Personalisation is a key strength, with staff eager to accommodate special requests and provide tailored recommendations for exploring Barcelona. The concierge is knowledgeable and resourceful, assisting with everything from restaurant reservations to cultural excursions. The hotel’s intimate scale ensures that service feels personal and attentive, with staff often remembering guest preferences and anticipating needs. Despite occasional lapses in polish, the overall atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive.
