Another local favourite, the torrija dessert was delicious, served with citrus foam and salted caramel ice cream. The hotel’s bar is a great place to perch and watch the mixologists create some of the best cocktails in the city. Also, the wine list features a well-curated selection of Spanish and international labels, and the chatty staff are happy to offer pairing suggestions.
