Flow60 and the Art of Letting Go: The Evolution of Mike Chang He built a fitness empire and walked away from millions. In Bali, he’s helping others discover that true wealth lies in self-mastery, not the bottom line. Nick Rice meets Mike Chang at his annual Flow60 Retreat. B y N i c k R i c e SimplyHealth I n a world obsessed with achievement, few stories embody the art of reinvention quite like Mike Chang’s. Once famed for building a fitness empire that generated over half a billion dollars in a few years, and then walking away from it, Chang now stands at the forefront of a new movement—one that fuses strength, spirit, and surrender. Flow60, his signature practice, is not merely a new workout, but rather a daily ritual designed to strengthen the body, uplift the spirit, and soothe the mind. For those who seek more than fleeting success, Mike Chang offers a blueprint for lasting transformation. The Power Couple: Mike and Natalia Chang While Mike is the dynamic face of Flow60, behind the scenes is his wife and co-founder, Natalia. Always smiling, somehow always serene despite having two young children and a thousand other things to manage, Natalia tells me how her connection with Mike was instant and profound. “It was intense from the first moment,” she says, her kind and piercing eyes widening slightly. “I quit my job within a few weeks and things just evolved… we launched Flow60 as a company in April 2020.” Reflecting on when she took up Flow60 herself, Natalia says, “When we met, Mike had me go through his practice as one of the first things we did together,” she recalls. “It was four hours long and he was like, ‘look, this is a practice I do. I want you to learn it—what do you think?’” She loved it and together they began travelling the world and refining the practice, before finally arriving in Bali and making the ‘Island of the Gods’ their home. 292 | Simply Abu Dhabi
