Luckily they were not just met, but exceeded by the sumptuous cuisine on offer at the resort’s fabulously bold signature restaurant, 55th and 5th Grill. Something smells positively delightful. Inspired by the address of the original St Regis Hotel in New York, there’s a real aroma of tender marinated meats wafting temptingly and deliciously through the air as you walk into this elite restaurant which sets your mouth watering in eager anticipation before you are even presented with a menu – now that’s clever!
