The slim television, complete with classic Bang & Olufsen identity, is developed specifically for wall placement. And the elegant appearance blends inwith the paintings and interior decoration of any home Sound is half the picture Bang & Olufsen’s BeoVision 10, an LCD television with full HD, is available in 32-, 40- and 46-inch models. It delivers an impressive picture performance applying the latest picture improvement technologies. And besides a fantastic picture, the slim body offers impressive sound performance from an integrated stereo loudspeaker, placed below the screen and covered by a fabric front. A new design is born BeoVision 10 is designed by David Lewis and Torsten Valeur. They sought to make a television that was shaped to complement the art and photographs on the walls of real homes. As many people do not have stretched landscape-shaped art on their walls, Lewis and Valeur lengthened BeoVision 10 vertically to form a square silhouette. Placement options BeoVision 10 is discretely hinged on the left or right-hand side, allowing you to manually move it out to an angle of 45 degrees from the wall for extended viewing comfort. Other placement possibilities are floor placement with a motorised stand or an easel stand, which makes the TV lean back in a casual way – like a painting on an easel. Made by craftsmen The entire television is covered by an elegant glass front with a sophisticated anti-reflection coating, and is framed by a high-gloss polished aluminium profile on both front and rear. The designers have played with both surface treatment and angles, trying to get the maximum surface on the screen. So the two aluminium profiles are angled, which means they take up a minimum area of the total glass- covered television surface. This has resulted in one large piece of black glass in a square format, which enhances the impression of the television as an elegant piece of wall art when switched to standby. As an alternative to a high-gloss natural aluminium frame, a black high gloss frame is also available. Whereas the natural aluminium frame takes up the colour of the wall and becomes almost invisible, the black frame merges with the black screen in a way that makes the surface stand out from the wall. Colour theory comes alive The appearance of the black glass surface is broken by a rectangular fabric front cover for the loudspeakers. The cover is surrounded by glass so it visually hovers above the glass surface. The cover is available in beautiful black, red, white, silver, dark grey, blue and orange colours. The front is attached with magnets so it is very easy to change colour whenever you wish. Truly, the BeoVision 10 is stylish technology designed to fit into the ‘artiest’ of environments. Stunning.
