S ince 2007, the Aero Bang has been one of Hublot's bestsellers. The timepiece’s “aero” concept of movement, seen as if airborne through the graphically open-worked dial, is available in the Classic Fusion line, the Swiss manufacturer's trademark line of watches. The aero design appeals to those who admire the beautiful mechanical intricacies of the calendar chronograph, while providing greater assurance against counterfeiting, an unfortunately increasing trend targeted at luxury watch brands. This elegant model comprises a diameter of 45 millimetres with gentle, more rounded lines, two push-buttons on either side of the crown, two counters at three o'clock (small second) and nine o'clock (30-minute) and a date window at six o'clock, and is available in two versions: Titanium and King Gold. The latter boasts the brand’s famous red gold which contains five per cent platinum, giving it an intense red colour and making it an even more precious metal. The piece is completed by a black alligator strap stitched onto black rubber, ensuring it is flexible, comfortable and exceptionally durable. The piece also has a 42-hour power reserve and is water resistant to 50 metres. These models are also available with a Titanium or King Gold bracelet.
