For sweets we had Queen of Hearts strawberries, cream mousse, and passion fruit jelly, as well as a delicious coconut panacotta with a type of sweet exotic foam. After a few hours rest, we made our way down to try the hotel’s restaurant serving authentic Malaysian cuisine. With so many dishes to choose from, the venue provides a great opportunity for meal sharing. We soon began to peruse the lengthy menu offering a variety of different meat and vegetable dishes. We opted for a delicious chicken stay with coconut rice, accompanied by flavored greens and vegetable spring rolls with garlic and chili sauce. After long hours of traveling, the meal proved to be a relaxing way to end the day with food that was light and tasty. After our meal we checked out the deck area of the restaurant, which we could see was being transformed into a concert venue for one of the regular Sanderson Sessions, a regular series of musical performances.
