All of this, of course, comes at a price. The Huayra costs 4,168,940.91AED but, in my opinion, that still represents very good value for money. You see, there are 4700 components that go to build up each Huayra, all of which are unique, so we really aren't talking standard production car costs here. The aluminium components – parts like the exquisitely detailed nameplate on the car’s rear end and the beautifully styled instrument binnacle that tilts with the adjustable steering column – are lovingly milled from solid billets, while every dial and clock is crafted by Rolex to look simply fantastic. I suppose it all depends on what kind of value you place on such things. To me, it's all money very well spent. For car enthusiasts such as myself, the true beauty of cars like those that Pagani build is the sheer joy they can bring. Sure, driving one is the kind of thrill that comes along once in a lifetime. But even just parked at the side of the road, they bring a touch of glamour to the world and raise a smile on very face that looks their way. And I, for one, wouldn't want to live in a world without them. Would you? To summarise, the Huayra is quite simply everything a supercar really should be. However, if you're one of the many people who saw the Pagani Zonda as the ultimate supercar there's probably very little that could change your mind. But maybe, just maybe, the Huayra will do just that.
