Dubai Chambers Introduces Pioneering AI Agent Marketplace to Transform Business Operations

A groundbreaking initiative offers Dubai's private sector access to specialised artificial intelligence agents designed to streamline administrative and operational processes across multiple business functions.
The landscape of corporate efficiency is shifting as Dubai Chambers unveils Chamber AI Hub, a marketplace that represents the first of its kind globally, created specifically to serve chamber members. This initiative responds to the vision of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, to embed Agentic AI technologies throughout Dubai’s commercial ecosystem.
The platform currently makes available 22 specialised AI agents across seven functional domains: Compliance, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, and Logistics. Members of Dubai Chambers can select agents tailored to their specific operational needs and subscribe to packages offering competitive benefits. The roadmap foresees the expansion to 100 AI agents over the coming period.
Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, articulated the deeper philosophy behind the initiative: “Success in the transition to Agentic AI is measured not by technology adoption alone, but by how effectively companies use these tools to address business challenges and deliver tangible results. This is why we are connecting knowledge with practical application, building capabilities, and expanding access to specialised solutions and high-quality tools that help companies adapt to change and evolve the way they work.”
The ambitious scope of this programme targets engagement with more than 295,000 private sector companies across Dubai. Complementing the marketplace, Dubai Chambers has recently launched specialised training tracks designed to enable and train 14,000 companies operating within its Business Groups and Business Councils structure. These programmes equip enterprises with the knowledge to deploy Agentic AI technologies within their administrative and operational processes.
Beyond the immediate provision of tools, the initiative encompasses support for companies specialising in the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions. The chamber is fostering knowledge-sharing mechanisms and building institutional capabilities across its entire ecosystem, establishing a foundation for sustained technological advancement within Dubai’s business community.
What it means for Abu Dhabi
This marketplace signals a broader regional commitment to positioning the UAE at the forefront of artificial intelligence adoption. As Dubai’s private sector modernises its operational frameworks through Agentic AI, the transformation creates opportunities for technology providers, training specialists, and enterprises across the emirates seeking to remain competitive in an increasingly AI-driven economy.
The initiative also demonstrates how chamber bodies can evolve their role beyond traditional networking and advocacy functions. By facilitating direct access to technological solutions and structured learning, Dubai Chambers sets a template for how institutional infrastructure can accelerate digital transformation whilst maintaining accountability and quality standards across the business community.
