Emirates Stallions Group charts robust growth with 36% surge in nine-month profits

The diversified Abu Dhabi conglomerate reports accelerating momentum across real estate, retail, manufacturing and service sectors, underpinned by strengthening asset bases and disciplined expansion.

Emirates Stallions Group, the diversified Abu Dhabi enterprise, has reported a commanding financial performance for the nine months to 30th September 2026, with net profit climbing 36 percent year-on-year to AED255 million. The expansion reflects deepening momentum across the Group’s expansive portfolio, which spans real estate development, manpower solutions, retail operations and manufacturing.

Revenue reached AED1.3 billion, representing growth of 23 percent, whilst operational profit before tax surged 39 percent to AED291.3 million. Gross profit rose 20 percent to AED429.1 million, demonstrating the resilience of the Group’s operational model across shifting market conditions. The financial strengthening extended to the balance sheet, with total assets climbing 13 percent to AED4.9 billion and shareholder equity increasing by the same proportion to AED3.3 billion compared to year-end 2025.

The third quarter proved particularly eventful for the Group’s real estate ambitions. In September, Emirates Stallions advanced two significant milestones: the launch of Phase 2 of Radisson Residences and the award of main works contracts for Seamont. These projects are adding materially to the Group’s asset foundation and contributing to its revenue trajectory. Beyond real estate, the manpower and accommodation sector, retail and manufacturing arms all demonstrated increased activity.

Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri, Chairman of Emirates Stallions Group, reflected on the results with measured confidence. “Our ambition is to build on the capabilities we have established across ESG and ensure that each of our businesses contributes to the Group’s continued development,” he said. “We see considerable value in the breadth of our operations, which allows us to maintain a presence across different sectors whilst pursuing a measured approach to expansion.”

Kayed Ali Khorma, Chief Executive Officer, emphasised the importance of execution and refinement. “Our diversified operations continue to contribute to revenue, whilst progress across our development projects is adding to the Group’s asset base. We will continue to build on this performance by maintaining the pace of project delivery whilst continuing to improve how we manage our businesses.”

What it means for Abu Dhabi

The results underscore the resilience and dynamism of Abu Dhabi’s diversified business environment. Emirates Stallions Group’s expansion across multiple sectors demonstrates the vibrancy of the emirate’s economy and the confidence of major enterprises in its growth trajectory. The Group’s commitment to measured but disciplined expansion mirrors the broader economic philosophy championed by Abu Dhabi’s leadership.

As the Group enters the final quarter of 2026, its focus remains trained on operational momentum and project execution. This consistent approach to value creation, rooted in disciplined management and portfolio breadth, reinforces Abu Dhabi’s position as a centre for commercially sophisticated, long-term investment and sustainable growth.
