His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan has reviewed comprehensive initiatives to elevate the region's tourism and cultural landscape, balancing growth with preservation of its distinctive heritage and natural assets.

His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain Region, has met with a senior delegation from the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi to advance the region’s cultural and tourism development strategy.

Led by His Excellency Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the delegation presented detailed plans to strengthen Al Ain Region’s position as a premier destination for residents and visitors alike. The comprehensive initiatives focus on leveraging the region’s abundant natural and cultural assets to extend its appeal throughout the year.

Diversifying the Visitor Experience

The development strategy encompasses a multifaceted approach to enriching the tourism offer across Al Ain Region. Plans include substantial enhancements to the hospitality sector alongside the creation of diverse experiences spanning nature-based pursuits, entertainment, wellness programmes and adventure activities.
