Bentley Bistro & Bar is a casual yet elegant dining destination in the true French fashion, at The Galleria at Al Maryah Island. Although located in a busy and glamorous mall, nestled near the Cartier and Louis Vuitton boutiques, aptly enough, the restaurant serves a menu of French-inspired haute comfort food from breakfast through to the small hours. The open kitchen and lively bar provide twin focal points within the bright and spacious room, which, despite its size, retains a true neighbourhood feel. As a good bistro should. Bentley is the latest opening from the acclaimed Food Fund International (FFI) group, who can already count The Meat Co and Tribes among their award-winning restaurants. Johnny Tomazos, CEO of Food Fund International, says, “We are excited to have launched in The Galleria – it’s such an up-and- coming destination. The passion shared by our whole team for this new project really shines through in everything we do at Bentley, from the menu to the service.” The bistro may have opened with relatively little fanfare, but word-of-mouth buzz has quickly established it as one of Abu Dhabi’s best new dining locations, thanks to the fantastic food, wonderful attention to service, and an utterly lovely atmosphere.
