HR Tech Establishes Regional Presence with Inaugural Abu Dhabi Summit

The globally acclaimed HR technology platform will host its first Middle Eastern event in November 2027, convening senior human resources, business and technology leaders to explore the future of work across the region.

Abu Dhabi will welcome the regional debut of HR Tech, the internationally recognised human resources technology platform, in November 2027, marking a significant expansion of the organisation’s presence beyond its established markets across North America, Europe and Asia. The inaugural HR Tech Abu Dhabi event will unfold at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi and has been realised through a collaborative partnership between the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, ADNEC Group, a Modon company, and ARC Network, the global steward of the HR Tech platform.

A Platform for Regional Exchange and Innovation

The event will convene senior HR professionals, technology leaders and business decision-makers from both public and private sectors, fostering an environment of knowledge exchange and collaborative dialogue. Attendees will explore critical themes including the evolving nature of work, the cultivation of talent ecosystems across the region, and the transformative potential of advanced technology and artificial intelligence in enhancing workforce capability and organisational performance.

HR Tech Abu Dhabi will draw upon more than three decades of the platform’s international experience, extending its proven model of practical knowledge-sharing and peer-led collaboration to address the distinctive opportunities and challenges facing organisations throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council region and the broader Middle East.

Strengthening Abu Dhabi’s Role in Global Business and Governance

His Excellency Ibrahim Nassir, Undersecretary of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, remarked: “Abu Dhabi continues to strengthen its position as a leading model for the government of the future, with talent development and digital capability building serving as key pillars of government transformation. Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC Group, noted that the initiative reflects the organisation’s dedication to hosting transformative global events. “Supporting the launch of HR Tech Abu Dhabi reflects ADNEC Group’s commitment to attracting global events that advance knowledge exchange, foster innovation and contribute to Abu Dhabi’s economic growth. By bringing together leading voices from the worlds of human resources and technology, the event will create a platform for meaningful collaboration, new business opportunities and thought leadership, while further strengthening Abu Dhabi’s position as a global hub for business events and innovation.”

Global Expertise Meets Regional Opportunity
