The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Grandiose Supermarket, marking a meaningful expansion of integrated services within its residential communities. The agreement, signed at MBRHE headquarters in Dubai on 31st October, establishes a framework for cooperation that brings retail expertise and consumer goods directly into the fabric of where residents live.

The partnership reflects a broader philosophy about housing that extends beyond shelter alone. By drawing on Grandiose’s considerable retail experience, the initiative explores how daily essentials and consumer goods can be positioned conveniently within MBRHE’s communities, supporting the practicalities of family life. The framework also contemplates future investment cooperation opportunities, developed in accordance with the organisation’s governance procedures and aligned with sustainable development objectives in the housing sector.

Ms. Noura Mohammed Al Rumaithi, Assistant Chief Executive Officer for the Housing Sector at MBRHE, observed that the arrangement reflects a broader commitment to understanding and responding to residents’ evolving needs. “We are committed to strengthening the foundations of integrated residential communities by assessing residents’ needs and building partnerships that contribute to improving the services available to them,” she explained. “This partnership provides an opportunity to explore cooperation with Grandiose and draw on its retail expertise to help make daily essentials available close to residents’ homes, enhancing families’ convenience and quality of life.”

The signing was overseen by Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, Chief Executive Officer of MBRHE, and Ghassan Aboud, Chairman of Ghassan Aboud Holding, with the agreement signed by Ms. Al Rumaithi on behalf of MBRHE and Ahmed Aboud, Chief Financial Officer at Ghassan Aboud Holding, on behalf of Grandiose Supermarket.
