This thoughtfully designed neighbourhood will comprise approximately 360 homes, complemented by beachfront and waterfront plots set within a masterplan spanning 653,709 square metres.
The community will feature an impressive 2.4 kilometres of beachfront and 6.5 kilometres of waterfront, with capacity to accommodate more than 12,000 residents upon completion. Bay Estate is organised across three distinct districts—Cala, Verda and Agora—each offering villas and townhouses alongside carefully curated community and sports facilities, pedestrian spaces and a yacht marina.
Expanding Dubai’s Waterfront Vision
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, noted that the project represents a significant contribution to Dubai Islands’ development and the emirate’s continued expansion of waterfront residential communities.
Dubai Islands itself constitutes an ambitious territorial development, comprising five islands across 18.6 square kilometres. Upon completion, the masterplan is expected to house more than 230,000 residents across approximately 62,000 homes, alongside more than 11,000 hotel rooms and over 4,000 branded residences.
The wider Dubai Islands development incorporates two championship golf courses, eight marinas, innovative water transport networks, coastal parks, and extensive cycling and pedestrian pathways. This extraordinary development will extend Dubai’s coastline by approximately 57 kilometres, including 21 kilometres of pristine beaches.
Strategically positioned approximately 10 kilometres from Dubai International Airport and 15 kilometres from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Islands is connected to the mainland via three bridges linked to the Al Shindagha Corridor, ensuring seamless accessibility for residents and visitors.
