Ajman Chamber has introduced an innovative agentic artificial intelligence service enabling businesses to complete export certificate applications in under three minutes, significantly streamlining trade procedures.
Ajman Chamber has unveiled its “Smart COO Agentic AI” service, a technological advancement designed to revolutionise the certificate of origin application process for businesses engaged in export activities. The service leverages agentic artificial intelligence to complete applications in less than three minutes, representing a substantial acceleration of traditional export procedures.
The launch event at the Chamber’s headquarters brought together senior leadership including Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber, alongside Salem Al Suwaidi, Director-General; Mohammed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of the Member Support Services Sector; and Ali Rashid Al Kaitoob, Executive Director of the Studies and Investment Development Sector.

Simplified User Experience
Fatima Abdulrazzaq Al Awadhi, Director of the Information Technology Department, highlighted that the redesigned application interface has been condensed to merely four clicks, transforming what was previously a time-consuming administrative process into an accessible, user-centric experience. The intelligent agent autonomously processes data and completes all requisite procedures within the three-minute timeframe.
