In Residence: Art Comes Home at Arada London

At Arada London, the relationship between art and residency transcends the conventional gallery experience. Rather than merely hanging upon walls, art here becomes an integral element of the spaces in which we dwell, infusing our homes with creativity and contemplation. This philosophy finds its fullest expression in In Residence, an immersive evening celebrating the profound connection between artistic vision and the art of living well.

Presented in partnership with Organise Consulting Design and curated by Mandana Karimi, the Founder and Creative Director of OCD, the exhibition opens at the Arada Discovery Center along Sheikh Zayed Road. Here, visitors encounter a thoughtfully assembled collection of works by five contemporary artists whose creative practice spans the breadth of artistic expression: painting, sculpture and works on paper.

The exhibition runs for three months, offering an extended opportunity to engage with the artworks on display and to consider how such pieces might enhance and elevate the spaces we inhabit. This is more than a showcase of individual creations; it is an exploration of how art becomes woven into the fabric of our daily lives, how it speaks to us across the seasons, and how it transforms the homes we cherish into galleries of personal significance.
