Dubai T100 Triathlon Weekend Approaches with Over 80% of Entries Secured

As the prestigious triathlon event returns for its third edition this November, race organisers have unveiled the meticulously crafted course routes that will challenge competitors across Al Mamzar's waterfront and throughout Dubai's distinguished cityscape.

The eagerly anticipated Dubai T100 Triathlon Weekend draws ever closer, with the Professional Triathletes Organisation confirming that more than eighty percent of available race entries have already been claimed by an enthusiastic field of competitors. Taking place from 13 to 15 November 2026, this third instalment of the prestigious event forms an integral part of the tenth Dubai Fitness Challenge, welcoming participants of all abilities to test their mettle across three distinctive race distances.

The newly unveiled course maps reveal a triathlon experience of considerable elegance and variety. All three distances commence and conclude at the event’s newly situated home in Al Mamzar, where an open-water swim in the crystalline waters off the Al Mamzar coastline provides an invigorating beginning. Competitors then transition to the cycling portion, a thoughtfully designed route that showcases Dubai’s multifaceted character, guiding riders along the scenic waterfront, through the city’s historically significant districts and across the striking Infinity Bridge, before progressing towards the Port Rashid area and the iconic Queen Elizabeth 2 ocean liner.

The running leg returns participants to Al Mamzar, where the verdant splendour of Al Mamzar Park creates a serene and refreshing final challenge. This concluding segment combines resplendent waterfront vistas, abundant greenery and the triumphant atmosphere of the finish line.

Dubai T100 offers three distinct race distances designed to accommodate varying levels of athletic achievement. The Sprint Triathlon presents an accessible introduction, comprising a 750 metre swim, 20 kilometre cycle and 5 kilometre run, perfect for those embarking upon their triathlon journey. The Olympic Triathlon, a new distance for 2026, encompasses a 1.5 kilometre swim, 40 kilometre cycle and 10 kilometre run, allowing participants to elevate their ambitions further. The signature T100 distance, reserved for experienced triathletes seeking the ultimate challenge, features a 2 kilometre swim, 80 kilometre cycle and 18 kilometre run.

Recognising that triathlon need not be a solitary pursuit, the event now offers Sprint and Olympic relay options for 2026, permitting teams of competitors to divide the disciplines amongst themselves. Additionally, the professional racing programme will showcase world-class female triathletes, bringing elite international competition to Dubai’s shores and inspiring the broader fitness community.
