Wellfit Opens Its Flagship Abu Dhabi Wellness Sanctuary
The landscape of wellness in Abu Dhabi has been enriched by the inauguration of Wellfit’s inaugural flagship club in the capital, situated within the distinguished environs of Reem Mall on Reem Island. This remarkable venue represents the sixth flagship establishment of Wellfit across the United Arab Emirates and marks a significant milestone in bringing the brand’s comprehensive and integrated approach to fitness and recovery to Abu Dhabi’s discerning community.
The principal facility extends across an expansive 50,000 square feet, a spatial grandeur equivalent to the dimensions of a football field, within which Arada and Formative, the UAE’s preeminent fitness collective, have orchestrated a sanctuary devoted to physical excellence and restoration. The thoughtfully appointed interiors encompass 72 cardio machines and 50 strength training machines, alongside HYROX affiliated training programmes overseen by certified coaching professionals who guide members through rigorous and purposeful physical endeavour.
Beyond the realm of cardiovascular and strength conditioning, the establishment offers a cycling studio of considerable sophistication, a group exercise studio designed for collective wellness pursuits, a dedicated facility for mixed martial arts practice, and a dedicated children’s studio that fosters lifelong habits of fitness and vitality.
The recovery offerings stand as equally compelling elements of this integrated wellness environment. Members benefit from five cold plunges designed to invigorate and rejuvenate, two saunas that provide restorative warmth, and a Hyperice recovery zone equipped with advanced technology for muscular restoration and injury prevention.
Complementing the physical offerings, Hungry Wolves restaurant within the facility presents an award-winning healthy eating experience, allowing members to nourish their bodies with curated cuisine that supports their wellness journey. The venue extends courteous provision of complimentary parking for members and visitors alike, reflecting a refined attention to the practical comforts of the modern Abu Dhabi resident and guest.
