Two landmark memorandums of understanding aim to equip the emirate's private sector with cutting-edge artificial intelligence capabilities, fostering innovation and operational excellence across thousands of businesses.
Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has entered into two significant agreements designed to accelerate the integration of Agentic AI technologies throughout Dubai’s thriving private sector. The memorandums of understanding, signed in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, represent a pivotal step in the emirate’s commitment to technological advancement and business transformation.
The first agreement, established with Nebius Academy, the educational division of the AI cloud enterprise Nebius, will deliver specialised training programmes in AI leadership and Agentic AI capabilities. These comprehensive offerings, delivered through Dubai Chambers Academy’s integrated digital platform, will equip executives, technical professionals and employees of member companies with the practical expertise required to seamlessly incorporate these transformative technologies into their operations.
The collaboration encompasses an expansive suite of educational resources, including technical workshops, expert-led sessions and access to advanced learning platforms. Nebius Academy will provide training content, certifications and ongoing support to strengthen the capabilities of Dubai’s business community, enabling the transition from theoretical understanding to effective practical application of Agentic AI solutions.
The second memorandum, concluded with Lovable, a distinguished software creation platform, concentrates on entrepreneurship and capability development. Through this partnership, Lovable will extend platform access, educational resources and participate in collaborative workshops and events designed to foster innovation among Dubai-based enterprises and founders. Participants in the Create AI Agents Championship will receive platform credits, enabling them to develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions with enhanced resources and support.
Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, articulated the chamber’s dedication to empowering the business community. The initiatives reflect a commitment to strengthening Dubai-based companies’ capacity to understand and effectively adopt Agentic AI technologies, whilst supporting their digital ambitions and enhancing their competitive positioning on the global stage.
These agreements form an integral component of a broader programme, launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai. Dubai Chambers is overseeing implementation of this initiative, which encompasses specialised training tracks designed to equip 14,000 member companies with the expertise required to integrate Agentic AI into their administrative and operational frameworks.
The collaborative efforts underscore Dubai’s unwavering commitment to establishing itself as a preeminent global hub for the digital economy, in accordance with the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. By fostering widespread adoption of advanced technologies, the emirate continues to reinforce its position as an international centre of innovation and business excellence.
