Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina Rises: A Tower Becoming Home

Above the glittering waters of Dubai Marina, a vision in steel and ambition continues its ascent. Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina has now reached 31% structural completion, each newly poured floor a step toward the realisation of what will become the first-ever Six Senses standalone residential tower. The structure grows with deliberate precision, level by level, as craftspeople work in concert with the sky itself.

The engineering supporting this rise speaks to ingenuity and scale. The UAE’s largest tower crane, fitted with a jumping system that ascends alongside the building, ensures that construction pace never falters as the tower climbs. The crane rises with each new level, a choreography of machinery and ambition, keeping the work rhythmic and relentless as the structure takes shape above the Marina’s crystalline expanse.

Steel works are now progressing at Level 39, each slab representing not merely construction milestone but the proximity of something more intimate: the homes that residents have already begun to envision. These are not merely apartments but residences imbued with the Six Senses philosophy, where comfort, beauty and considered living converge at the water’s edge. The tower is becoming the vessel for that promise, floor by floor, slab by slab.

Select Group guides this evolution, stewarding the development with the expertise and vision that comes from understanding Dubai’s luxury residential landscape. The Marina itself, one of the city’s most coveted addresses, watches as this landmark rises among its neighbours, a new expression of what it means to live with elegance and intention in this gleaming city by the sea.
