Sand & Koal Returns with an Evening of Beachfront Dining and After-Dark Enchantment

The evening unfolds in two distinct chapters. A Taste of Sunset, running from six until nine in the evening, invites guests to settle into beachfront surroundings as the day concludes. This is dining in its most contemplative form, where the focus rests upon Chef Jack Jarrott’s menu and the unhurried pleasure of the moment. The views across the water provide an eloquent backdrop, requiring little embellishment.

At nine o’clock, the atmosphere shifts. After Dark transforms the space into something altogether more spirited, as the energy of the evening builds and the entertainment evolves. It is this seamless transition from one sensibility to another that distinguishes the evening, allowing guests to experience two quite different moods within a single setting.

The beachfront location remains one of Abu Dhabi’s more graceful dining destinations, a place where the natural beauty of the shoreline is allowed to speak for itself.
