The Future of Golf Gathers in Abu Dhabi

In December, Abu Dhabi City Golf Club becomes the crucible in which the region’s most promising junior golfers test their mettle. The FCG Middle East Championship, hosted by the Infinity Junior Golf Tour, transforms the club into a proving ground where ambition, skill and determination converge on fairways that have long celebrated the grace and precision of the game.

This is more than a regional tournament. It represents a gateway, a threshold through which the most talented young players step toward an international stage. The championship accommodates competitors across four age categories—nine and under, ten to eleven, twelve to fourteen, and fifteen to eighteen—with both boys and girls competing with equal standing and equal opportunity.

For those who rise to the occasion, the rewards extend beyond the satisfaction of victory on a single weekend. Top performers earn direct entry to the FCG World Championship in the United States in the summer of 2027, an opportunity to test themselves against the finest junior golf talent from across the world. Beyond this, exceptional competitors may secure selection for Team Infinity UAE, representing the Infinity Junior Golf Tour at the Global Team Games also held in the United States in 2027, carrying the colours and pride of the Emirates onto golf’s grandest amateur stage.

Abu Dhabi City Golf Club, long established as a home for the sport in the region, provides the setting for this convergence of talent and ambition. It is a stage worthy of the occasion, a place where junior golfers may dream with purpose and compete with pride, knowing that the world is watching and that their performance here might shape the trajectory of years to come.

The championship takes place from 15 to 17 December 2026.
