FALCONE brings Naples to Dubai with Chef Roberta’s Favourites

FALCONE is bringing a little more of Naples to Dubai with Chef Roberta’s Favourites, a monthly showcase of pizzas inspired by Neapolitan tradition and curated by Chef Roberta De Sario, ranked among the World’s Best Pizza Chefs.

First up is the Calzone Classico, a folded Neapolitan favourite filled with savoury cooked ham and creamy fior di latte, baked until golden with a crisp, lightly salted crust. It is comfort food at its finest, perfect for Dubai’s cooler months, priced at AED 85.

Pizzas at FALCONE are wood fired in custom Pavesi ovens, pasta is made with care and gelato is churned fresh every hour, with a new creation from Chef Roberta to discover each month.
