The UAE's Artificial Intelligence Office has partnered with Dell Technologies to develop Agentic AI prototypes, train government entities and scale production-ready solutions during a US visit.

The Artificial Intelligence Office in the Government of the United Arab Emirates has announced a strategic collaboration with Dell Technologies to strengthen national capabilities in Agentic AI and accelerate the deployment of advanced government applications.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al Mahmoud, Director at the Artificial Intelligence Office in the Government of the UAE, said the country is pursuing a proactive approach to embedding artificial intelligence into government operations. The collaboration is intended to translate AI ambitions into practical, scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency across public sector entities and build the skills of national talent.
Walid Yehia, Managing Director for the South Gulf region at Dell Technologies, described the UAE’s vision as clear and ambitious, and said the focus of the partnership is on converting ideas into tangible, production-ready solutions. The programme will concentrate on developing prototypes, piloting use cases and expanding adoption across government bodies.
As part of the cooperation, Dell will provide access to its Dell AI Factory — an integrated ecosystem of computing infrastructure, software, data and services designed to support the development, training and deployment of AI models, including Agentic AI applications. The ecosystem is intended to help public agencies shift successful pilots into secure, scalable production environments.
The partnership includes specialised knowledge and practical sessions on Agentic AI for government entities, enabling participants to explore use cases, identify opportunities and study implementation routes. It also covers assistance in designing and implementing AI strategies, and in creating secure, flexible technology environments that improve returns on investments in advanced technologies.
The announcement coincides with a visit to the United States by a government delegation of more than 50 chief AI officers from federal and local entities, organised by the Artificial Intelligence Office in cooperation with the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence. The delegation has been reviewing global trends and practices in Agentic AI at major technology and academic institutions.
Discussions between the UAE delegation and Dell focused on how Agentic AI is being integrated across business operations and on the opportunities presented by emerging technologies to accelerate institutional transformation and enable more agile operating models.
Officials said the collaboration with a global technology partner is a deliberate step to fast‑track knowledge exchange, nurture local capabilities and establish practical frameworks for the safe and effective adoption of Agentic AI across government services.
