Ras Al Khaimah and India explore deepened economic cooperation

The Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has held discussions with India's Consul-General to strengthen bilateral business partnerships and identify fresh investment opportunities across multiple sectors.

The Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under the leadership of Mohamed Mosbeh Al Nuaimi, has engaged in substantive discussions with Dr. Emmadi Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul-General of India in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, to advance economic cooperation between the two regions.

The meeting, held in September 2026, centred on cultivating robust partnerships between the business communities of Ras Al Khaimah and India. Both parties examined mechanisms designed to encourage enterprises to establish fresh investment and commercial collaborations across diverse economic sectors, recognising the considerable potential for mutual growth.

A key emphasis of the dialogue involved strengthening direct engagement through organised reciprocal visits by trade and investment delegations. The two sides acknowledged that such exchanges would prove instrumental in identifying and developing further avenues for cooperation, fostering deeper understanding of each region’s business landscape and investment priorities.
